Just one more turn!
Civilization
I recently started playing Civilization 4 again. Now that I have a computer that runs it well, I've gotten hooked on playing it. There are so many things that make the Civ series a blast to play. The number one thing for me would have to be strategy aspect of it. Deciding who to attack, how to attack and who to make peace with are just some the choices that greatly affect your nation. I also love the replay value of the game. There are a ton of different ways to win the game, from conquering the world to being elected supreme leader. You can even win with your cultural influence.
The Civ community is very active is creating mods and scenarios to play. Right now I am playing a scenario as Finland fighting the Russians in World War II. Each nation has several units created just for the scenario. I've even seen an Star Wars mod out there.
If you love playing Risk or other strategy games I would highly recommend that you try out one of the Civilization games (just not the third one; I'll rant on that one some other time) .
